Araven’s GastroNorm flouring dish has a lid that can be used as a GastroNorm tray by just turning it over, which is very useful for placing food on it whilst in the process of preparation. In addition, it is three times lighter than steel, more hygienic and safer, as it has no sharp edges and no nooks where food remains can accumulate.
