Araven has just ended an ambitious project: equipping the kitchen of the well-known restaurant in Lasarte owned by the prestigious chef, Martin Berasategui, and which bears his name. The leading European company in food preservation and handling segments has provided advice and the equipment for the food processing areas, cold storage rooms and freezing chambers of the “Martin Berasategui”.Araven has contributed to optimising spaces and organising the cold storage rooms, thus helping the team of this chef from San Sebastian, speed up the kitchen processes.The project has consisted in providing specific solutions for each type of food, equipping each space as appropriate in agreement with its characteristics. Likewise, the Aragonese company has collaborated with its products in helping the professionals carry out their work better, complying with the food hygiene regulations. Martin Berasategui always works with the best raw materials and Araven, with this project, has provided him with the best solutions to help preserve them in optimal conditions, and not harm their properties. Apart from his well-known restaurant in Lasarte, which has been awarded three stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide and which is celebrating its 20 anniversary this year, this Basque chef also has another ten restaurants like the one in "Lasarte", situated in the Hotel Condes de Barcelona, which has two Michelin stars, the "MB", in the Hotel ABAMA Spa, Resort of Tenerife, which has one Michelin star, the "Doma", located in the Hotel Silken Gran Domine of Bilbao, the "Martín" restaurant in Shanghai, or the "Passion by MB" restaurants, which is the chain of Paradisus Hotels in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, among others. Martin Berasategui is the Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars in the national territory, six in all and a gastronomy reference in the world. His latest project is the “Eme Be Garrote”, a restaurant that was recently opened in San Sebastian.
