Considered by the specialist media to be the “Best Chef in France”, Pascal Barbot uses Araven’s range of products as his work tools to prepare menus for his prestigious three-Michelin-star restaurant, L’Astrance.
Chef Pedro Subijana, whose restaurant Akelarre in San Sebastián has three Michelin stars, has joined the “Araven in the world’s best kitchens” campaign” along with other renowned chefs such as Martín Berasategui, Jesús Almagro and the Mexican chef Enrique Olvera.
Araven is adding Enrique Olvera, the prestigious Mexican chef rated no. 5 in Latin America, to its brand image. Olvera will participate in the “Araven in the best kitchens of the world” campaign with which the Spanish company aims to strengthen collaboration with national and international culinary stars.
The chef will continue to provide this leading company in the catering industry with all of the expertise he has accrued over the years he has worked at renowned restaurants, contributing to the design of the firm’s catering products and developing the company’s innovative ideas at his restaurant.
The Spanish company and the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences have entered into an agreement whereby Araven becomes an exclusive supplier of equipment.
